Terms of service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Fenwira, provided by ZenteqK ("we"), by businesses ("you") and their team members.
The service
Fenwira lets you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and use it to message your customers through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. You are responsible for your WhatsApp Business Account, for complying with Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and for having your customers’ consent where required.
Fees and payment
Fenwira subscription and wallet credits are invoiced by us and paid by UPI as stated on each payment request. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of outbound messaging after the stated grace period; your data and inbound messages are kept. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are billed by Meta to the payment method in your Meta Business account and are not part of our invoices.
Acceptable use
You will not use Fenwira to send spam or unlawful content, to message people who have not opted in where opt-in is required, or to try to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export your contacts and data, and ask us to delete your workspace.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fenwira available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, including when Meta’s services are unavailable. We may change these terms with notice by email or in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
